Our client is looking for a Tax Professional who has strong research, analytical skills and is detail oriented to be part of the team. This position offers a fully remote work set-up and offers a competitive salary and benefits. Here, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assisting in the preparation and review of income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 for multiples under the supervision of the Tax Director and Tax Partner.
• Knowledgeable in Tax accounting and tax compliance rules along with preparing the quarterly and yearly tax provision and tax returns.
• Preparing the stand-alone and consolidated federal and state 'C-Corp' income tax using a tax return software
• Assisting with planning and performing tax research on various federal, state, and international tax issues and prepare tax memorandum.

Requirements:

• Relevant College Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, (etc.)
• Must have a CPA license
• MST license is preferred
• At least 2 years working in corporate and/or Big 4 Public Accounting
• Must be willing to travel to client sites in local areas
