Who We Are
HII's System Integration group is seeking a Project Manager to join our Fleet Sustainment group! As a Project Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring that successful and safe work is performed on board U.S. Naval Ships and Military installations which is vital to our Mission to protect and serve our Military. This position is a part of the Integrated Training Systems Installation and Sustainment (ITSIS) support contract for the U.S. Navy.

What You Will Do
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
What You Must Have

• Must have experience managing BFTT/ATD installation teams.
• Must have experience managing and projecting risks associated with NCTE programs.
• Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.

Bonus Points For...

• Experience as a Work Center Supervisor is desired.
• Prefer candidates with a master's in business administration.
Strongly prefer candidates with a US Navy background.Physical Requirements
May be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
