Job Description
HII Mission Technologies is seeking an Engineer Technical Services3 to work on multiple DoD programs. The selected candidate will support the design, build, troubleshooting and maintenance of Apache Fire Control Radar Off Aircraft Test Set and Navy Part Task trainers.
Essential Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the Identification and resolution of electronic system issues both on site and remotely.
• Support the design, build, and maintenance of the hardware and operating systems on multiple programs.
• Perform routine network maintenance, including basic troubleshooting and installation of upgrades.
• Conduct sustainment activities at the Huntsville office as well as travel to customer sites, as required.
• Explore ways to improve current designs and improve our customer support activities.

Minimum Qualifications
2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience working with test procedures associated with Apache aircraft systems i.e... Hellfire, JAGM, and Sensors.
• Previous experience working with DoD programs.
• Perform maintenance duties site surveys, and switch upgrades.
• Experience with calibration of equipment.
• Proficiency using ECM and Maximo.
• Good knowledge on computer/board operational characteristics.
• Good knowledge on reading and interpreting wiring and design documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Navy shipboard Alarms, Announcing and Radar systems and Apache Fire Control Radar not required, but a plus

Physical Requirements
May require working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level. May encounter extremes of temperature, pollution, humidity, noise, and other environmental factors while collecting data, observing performance of task teams.
