DescriptionThe Dishwasher at Tohkomeupg - Camp for Boys helps to provide meal service to residential campers and camp staff throughout the summer camp season. This is a high-paced kitchen environment providing 3 meals a day on most days. The Dishwasher works as part of the kitchen team, and under the direct supervison of the Head Cook.

Responsibilities Include
- Washing and cleaning all dishes and maintaining a clean, organized ‘dish area', stocking, wrapping pre-cooked baked items, cleaning, working together in a team environment to bring the best service to our customers.
- Working directly alongside other kitchen employees (prep, baker, short-order cooks) and helping them to maintain and stock our service area. (Ex. Taking out the trash, fetching food to be prepped.)
- Helping to maintain our lodge area (Trash, cleaning and sanitizing tables, checking bathrooms.)
- Sweeping and Mopping
Qualifications Include
- Dependable, punctual, and great attendance.
- Accurate attention to detail, service oriented.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skill.
- Able to be flexible with scheduling (Camp is in action 7 days a week)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivation - always be working toward the future, get ahead to stay ahead
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Can meet physical demands of position including pulling, pushing, carrying, lifting, standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
