Salary: Up to $40/hr

Job Responsibilities:

As a vital part of our team, you'll work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure the seamless operation of our Nursing Department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the DON and ADON to assess and manage the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Supervising and ensuring that all nursing services personnel are diligently following their job descriptions.
• Participating in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies at the request of the DON and ADON.
• Conducting daily rounds within the Nursing Services Department to guarantee that all nursing service personnel are delivering care in alignment with established nursing standards.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you'll need the following qualifications:

• A valid RN license in the State of New York.
• Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination.
