Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is actively seeking exceptional RN Supervisors to collaborate with our Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, ensuring an exceptional standard of care for our cherished residents.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collaborate with the DON and ADON to evaluate and oversee daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring adherence to current regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor and uphold job descriptions for all nursing services personnel.
- Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies as requested by the DON and ADON.
- Conduct routine rounds of the Nursing Services Department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are delivering care in line with the highest nursing standards.
RN Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold a valid RN License in the State of New York
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care, including managerial roles, is preferred.
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- COVID-19 vaccination required
