HCP Talent is collaborating with a Long Term Care/Rehabilitation Facility (80 beds) in Wellsville, NY that is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) for a full-time evening (2pm-10pm) shift position.

RNS Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the DON and ADON to assess and manage the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Supervising and ensuring that all nursing services personnel are diligently following their job descriptions.
• Participating in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies at the request of DON and ADON.
• Conducting daily rounds within the Nursing Services Department to guarantee that all nursing service personnel are delivering care in alignment with established nursing standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN License
• 1 year experience in Nursing required.
• 1 year in Long Term Care required
• Leadership and Communication Skills
