Overview: As the Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our facility and attract residents, families, and referring healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, increasing occupancy, and fostering positive relationships within the community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the facilities mission, values, and business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, competitors, and trends, informing strategic decision-making.
  2. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

    • Manage the nursing home's online presence across various digital platforms, including the website, social media channels, and online directories.
    • Develop engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to showcase the facility's services, amenities, and resident testimonials.
    • Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to the nursing home's website.
  3. Community Outreach and Networking:

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations to generate referrals and enhance collaboration.
    • Regularly visit referral sources and facilities to foster excellent relationships and keep our facility top of mind.
    • Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of the nursing home and its services.
  4. Advertising and Promotional Campaigns:

    • Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns across various media channels, including print, radio, television, and digital platforms.
    • Design promotional materials, brochures, flyers, and advertisements to highlight the nursing home's unique features, programs, and special offers.
    • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze ROI to optimize marketing efforts and maximize effectiveness.
  5. Sales and Lead Generation:

    • Collaborate with the admissions team to identify sales opportunities, nurture leads, and convert inquiries into resident admissions.
    • Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and their families, showcasing the nursing home's amenities, accommodations, and care services.
    • Develop and maintain a database of leads, inquiries, and referrals.

Qualifications:
