What You'll Do

The Operations Associate is an important member of the Operations team, supporting advisory teams in data management, and promoting a positive client experience.

We ask that you have financial operations experience, and the ability to work in a team environment. We are looking for someone who will assist with all operational needs of the Operations team, from Advisory relations to other various operations duties as required.

  • Improve consistency in every client and colleague encounter by embodying the core principles of our Hightower V.A.L.U.

E. Experience (Validate, Actively Listen, Leverage Resources, Understand Ownership, Express Gratitude)

  • Partner with cross-discipline team members to support collaboration and promote a positive client experience
  • Build relationships within custodians and counterparties to support reconciliation
  • Investment and Operational Projects
  • Respond to queries and issues raised by advisors
  • Reviewing agreements for accuracy

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous financial industry experience
  • A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
