Summary of Position:

The Internship Program with our team is year-round and we are open to either part-time or full-time for this role. You will be in this role as a long program with the aim to deliver impressive professionals and future leaders, through project work, on-the-job training and related development. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Internship Description:

• Work with Lerner's Leadership Team
• Prepare portfolio reviews for client meetings
• Take ownership of individual projects as assigned by the Lerner working team(s) (advisory, insurance, marketing, portfolio, or estate)
• Participate in meetings across the entire team and prepare related follow-up items
• Help facilitate orders and vendors for both office locations
• Coordinate travel for Partners and Advisors when needed

Qualifications:

Our internship program focuses on hiring rising senior undergraduate students who meet most or all of the following (depending on the role):

• Current full-time undergraduate student with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
• Strong sense of personal courage and development
• Flexible, resourceful, and quick to learn
• Solid written and active communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
