We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. Reporting into the Principal Product Manager and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is familiar with cloud technologies, API integration, and the integration of lab informatics systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to have a hands-on role defining requirements and interacting with customers.
Responsibilities
Define the requirements for our integration platform with a focus on extensibility, encouraging users to customize and extend the platform's capabilities.
Be the owner of the functional requirements, design and overall UX of the integration platform.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their laboratory workflows and identify integration needs.
Interface regularly with customers, offering high-level technical support and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Perform customer site visits and get meaningful feedback to inform roadmap planning and requirements definition.
Work with internal UX/UI designer to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and functionality.
Required
5 years of experience defining requirements for and/or using lab informatics systems
Experience building or using integrated cloud solutions
A passion for building software products that users love
Strong proficiency in software integration, with specific experience in Cellario Lab Automation Scheduler, Genedata, Titian Mosaic, and Benchling
Demonstrated capability in conducting business analysis and aligning software solutions with client needs.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience building integrations with LIMS, SDMS or other lab informatics systems
Familiarity with liquid handlers, lab automation and sample management
