Software Engineer (.Net)

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated mid-level Software Engineer to join our expanding

build team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our software development process, working

closely with the team to enhance and build new products and features and ensure the reliability and

efficiency of our software releases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop high quality, testable code.
• Ensure that application code adheres to internally adopted patterns and styles, and meets functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Participate on an Agile team, contribute to complexity and time estimates, identify risks, and

contribute to discussions and commitments.

Within your first month, you'll:

• Build a thorough understanding of our systems and software alongside our senior engineers.
• Familiarize yourself with current projects and technical requirements.
• Contribute high-quality code towards active projects.

Within your first year, you'll:

• Become a subject matter expert of our systems and software.
• Effectively manage assigned projects while meeting technical requirements.

Qualifications:

Required experience -

• ASP.Net Required Experience
• Your interview will include in-depth questions on each of these requirements.
• ASP.Net Web Api
• Entity Framework Code First (we are currently using EF Core 6)
• Exposure to dependency injection
• MSSQL
• Sql Profiler
• Unit Testing
• Git
• Postman
• ReSharper or Rider
• 3 years of experience in Software Development

Nice-to-have Experience -

• Azure products (storage, functions, logic apps, message queuing)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift including up to 15 pounds at times.
