HIGHLANDS RANCH COMMUNITY ASSOC is Hiring a CIS Covenant Compliance Tech Near Highlands, CO

Conducts property inspections and follow up throughout the community for HOA covenant compliance.
Supervision Received: Works under the direction of the Community Improvement Services Manager.
Examples of Duties: The following examples of duties are intended to be illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive.
Responsible for daily property inspections for HOA covenant compliance and other items as assigned. Duties may include taking photographs of properties, with a company issued phone, and meeting with homeowners.
Responsible for all correspondence/documentation related to inspections. Duties may include updating computer files, generating letters, returning phone calls.
Provides follow up documentation for inspection updates and to ensure covenant compliance.
Works with the CIS team to answer questions, find solutions for non-compliance issues.
Prepares other correspondence materials for the Community Improvement Services Department as necessary.
Responsible for operation and upkeep of company vehicles. Duties may include filling the gas tank, taking the vehicle for service and clearing the vehicle of snow and ice.
Assists in training other employees in the department.
Performs related duties as assigned and required.
Physical and Environmental Standards: Work is performed while driving a company vehicle, making observations while walking and from within the vehicle, and indoors in a busy office where noise and interruptions prevail. Must be able to frequently sit, walk, stand, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, reach and lift, push or pull. Manual dexterity is needed to type, write, use a calculator, and answer the phone. The ability to talk and hear via the telephone and through face to face communication is needed. Vision requirements include near and far acuity. Upper body strength is a requisite to lift/ remove a maximum of 40 pounds unassisted and 60 pounds with assistance. EOE
Ability to understand and interpret rules and regulations which govern the HRCA. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with members. Proficient computer skills. Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license and pass company insurance carrier requirements to drive on company business. Must adhere to all laws for operating a motor vehicle. Must be able to provide a current MVR. Must pass a pre-employment Drug and Background check.
This is a part time position, Monday - Friday up to 30 hours a week. Morning or afternoon hours.
Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
