Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Perform routine light maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing light equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Clean & Maintain chemicals in the outdoor pool and hot tub
- Make sure grounds are clean
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a prompt and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Leadership qualities and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
