Collections Specialist
The purpose of this position is to work collaboratively as part of the Fiscal Team at Highlands Community Services (HCS) in planning and providing required services and to aid in the Department/Agency’s goals and objectives.
Position Specifics
Location: Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $18.50 – Commensurate with education/experience
Education: Required: High School Diploma/GED
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Required: Four (4) years related experience
Preferred: One (1) year related experience in a highly complex financial system and Virginia Medicaid/MCO experience.
