Summary of Responsibilities:

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing data and records of the co-curricular graduation requirements in the Spiritual Development Department. They maintain accurate student records in Anthology Engage and assist with pulling reports and data for the Department. They also provide a wide range of high-level operational and administrative support for the team.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily assistance, operational and projects management for the VP of Spiritual Development
  • Work with Anthology Engage and other Anthology products to assist in tracking and reporting student engagement at the College.
  • Communication via email with students who have questions about their co-curricular graduation requirements
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations through collaboration with the team and departmental heads.
  • Collect data and monthly reports from the Spiritual Development Department, assisting the VP of the Spiritual Development Department.
  • Plan and execute team-building exercises, gatherings, and meetings to strengthen the culture of the Spiritual Development Department.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for seasonal projects across the department.

Other Duties

  • Participate in ministry at Church of the Highlands and Highlands College by leading small groups.
  • Affirm and uphold the Statement of Faith and the Core Values and DNA of the College, exemplifying all by word and lifestyle.
  • Manage and participate in other seasonal projects within the purview of the Spiritual Development Department.
  • Encourages the contribution of others and takes their views into account.
  • Influences others using rational arguments. Identifies the basis for compromise and reaches an agreement.
  • Conveys accurate information effectively using the most appropriate methods to reflect the needs of the audience and ensure mutual understanding
  • Reviews progress achieved, publicly and privately recognizing achievement
  • Anticipates the possible demands and outcomes of a particular task or situation – plans and prioritizes appropriately
  • Demonstrates a genuine interest in supporting teammates, coaching, and training the team in order to improve performance.
  • Focuses on collaboration, communication, and encouragement.

  • Highly focused, self-starter with an elevated level of energy and positive outlook
