Highland Rivers Community Service Board is Hiring a Director of Child and Adolescent Substance Use Services Near Marietta, GA

Highland Rivers is seeking a Director of Child and Adolescent Substance Use Services.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and direct Substance Use services residential programs in Cobb
• Provides clinical and administrative supervision
• Seeks out and implement new ways to improve/strengthen programs outcomes
• Seek out and implement ways to expand services, develop new programs, and to increase individuals served
• Ensure recovery-oriented service delivery
• Monitor that SU services meet and maintain compliance with all requirements for DBHDD, CARF, and HFR guidelines
• Develop, manage, and maintain a collaborative community environment
• Increase community partnerships
• Advocate and provide educate community and community stakeholders
• Provide in-service training for staff when needed
• Prepare, manage, maintain, and submit program budgets
• Identify new ways to improve financial outcomes
• Interview, hire, and onboard new staff
• Gather data and maintain appropriate reports on the program
• Complete staff PMR’s yearly

• Master degree or higher in MH field
• Professional License or Certification: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, CACII, CADCII
• 2 years experience in Substance Use field.
• Minimum of 2 years of Management experience
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus
