The Analyst of eCommerce Analytics will play an important role in Highland Laboratories’ strategy to enable business transformation by creating a data-driven insight-based culture throughout the organization. The successful candidate will need both business and technical skills to facilitate the collaboration between business partners and technical teams. They will require proficiency in data practices, analytics techniques, and business knowledge as it relates to corporate reporting, diagnostics, and forecasting.

Essential Functions:

• Review multi-channel marketplace performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations. (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, ClickFunnels, etc.)
• Deliver timely reporting to management about the status of our multi-channel marketplace performance.
• Develop and run analyses, experiments, reports, and more to better understand and improve the customer journey online.
• Draw actionable insights from varying data sets… consumption, market share, digital shelf, search, among many others. Interpret complex datasets (customer and business related) to tell stories and develop an organized set of conclusions/recommendations
• Work closely with account management and planning organizations to understand processes and improve upon them, addressing customer needs and product pain-points.
• Build automated reporting through BI platforms visualizations, and analytical models. Socialize internal and external KPIs across the business.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support/optimize innovation launches, merchandising standards, online marketing campaigns, and promotional strategies.
• Enhance and supplement the sales attribution model through the knowledge of scraping, relational databases, and data management.
• Hands-on participation with sales results, annual planning and forecasting processes.
• Work with syndicated data sources and facilitate the consumption of data from APIs.
• Support the continued enhancement and evolution of our analytics capabilities to a best-in-class level. Stay abreast of industry trends/innovations and drive new analytics initiatives that contribute to business goals.
