Job Summary: As an Order Puller and Finished Goods Warehouse Associate at Highland Laboratories Inc., you will play a crucial role in the operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include pulling, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, stocking shelves, organizing the warehouse, communicating with the team regarding inventory shortages, and labeling bottles for our private label business. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail to ensure our products are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to the delivery schedule.
• Stock shelves with incoming goods, ensuring that items are stored in the correct location.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, optimizing space and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory levels and potential shortages, ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
• Label bottles and products as necessary for our private label business, adhering to all labeling guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to improve warehouse operations and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by warehouse management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and processing.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
