Overview:

We are seeking an assistant Construction Manager to assist with overseeing and managing various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing people, professional, punctual and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:

- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage and lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members

Desires:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in management with a basic understanding of construction processes
- Proficiency in basic software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and interpret contract documents
- Experience in construction estimating and budgeting
