Job Summary:
We are seeking an eager, skilled and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and lead all aspects of our financial operations. The CFO will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, forecasting cash flows, ensuring reporting accuracy, enhancing financial processes, and driving strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, expertise in cash flow management, and a proven track record of success in the financial services industry, preferably in the MCA sector.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, fund movement and financial reporting to ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting, including reviewing and overseeing weekly payment distributions.
• Manage our facility according to the terms and conditions outlined, ensuring compliance with facility requirements, and maximizing availability of funds.
• Develop robust cash-flow forecasting models and cash-flow reports to support decision-making and optimize liquidity management while ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and funding requirements.
• Prepare and compile monthly financial statements, including examining and ensuring reliability and integrity of financial reporting, all in conjunction with the accountants.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to guide strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Lead financial due diligence processes and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, lenders, investors, and auditors.
• Process wires, ACH, checks, and disbursements.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to identify risks and opportunities for the business.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and financial policies.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management and risk mitigation.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
