Partner Opportunity - Retained Search - Industrial / Consumer Markets

I'm currently partnered with a globally recognised Retained Search firm with 1 3 international offices spanning 11 countries . Looking for partners to spearhead their growth, they're aiming to generate $100m in revenue over the next 3 years. They intend to do this organically, as they have done so far.

For this hire in particular, the market focus is either Industrial or Consumer , an already established practice area of the business. Other specializations include, but are not limited to: Technology, Digital, Financial Services and Private Equity.

Working 50% with PE backed clients and 50% Corporate as well as placing exclusively at the C-suite and Board level, their Global average fee is $100k and US average fee is $150k . Their average partner is billing $2.5m! As a result of this, partners of the firm are comfortably taking home north of $1m annually .

What's on offer:

• Up to $220k Base/Draw (DOE)
• Commission scheme up to 60%
• Strong resources readily available to Partners from research and associate support to systems/tools
• Significant research and execution support.
• Equity option available
• Option to be fully remote

What's required/desired:

• 8 years experience within the executive search sector
• Retained experience working on VP or C-Suite mandates.
• Typical fees of $100k
• Experience within the Industrial or Consumer markets
