This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Booking Coordinator at Higher Expectations. The Booking Coordinator will be responsible for development and management of reservations, bookings and itineraries for clients. This includes managing client inquiries, providing relevant information, recommendations, managing and altering bookings to ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Computer Proficiency
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Experience in training, onboarding, and/or managing others
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and attention to detail
High levels of accuracy in data entry and billing
Experience in the travel industry or related fields
