Overview:

Seeking a health-conscience personal chef for family of 5 at private residence. Will need lunch and dinner prepared daily. Must know how to prepare healthy tasty meals - organic, grassfed, etc.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production, and providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties:

- Plan and execute menus that meet the needs and preferences of our family and guests

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen

- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency

- Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management

- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food production, and kitchen management

- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality and health.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
