Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics and transportation management, with experience and knowledge in computers and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation routes for efficient delivery operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize GPS and computer systems to track shipments and optimize routes.
• Work with computers to manage transportation operations.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle customer orders and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Assist in troubleshooting transportation-related problems.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or transportation management is preferred.
• Skilled with computers and systems such as Excel, OnFleet, Blaze, SpringBig, Slack.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
