We're seeking a dynamic individual for our e-commerce customer service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, career-oriented, and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer support. Prior experience in email customer service is required, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

During the training period, which runs from Monday to Friday, you'll work 8-hour shifts from 7 am to 3:30 pm. After training, your schedule may shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm. You'll also be required to respond to emails and handle customer inquiries on weekends (Saturday or Sunday). During the busy season from November 25 to the end of December, you'll need to be available seven days a week and will need to work longer hours.

This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $18-$19 per hour based on the experience. We value individuals with prior e-commerce service experience, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, exceptional organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. Multitasking ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Your responsibilities will include addressing customer needs, learning our online ordering system, resolving issues, and assisting with other e-commerce tasks as needed.
