Job Title: Creative Team Project Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

High Resolutions is a design, print, and solutions company that is seeking an outstanding Creative Team Project Coordinator who is flexible, proactive, highly organized, excellent at multitasking, very comfortable under pressure, and able to work effectively as a team member. You will work cross-functionally with the Creative department, customers, and other teams within High Res. The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing projects from start to finish by communicating with customers as well as internal teams. They will tie in all the loose ends of certain projects, helping maintain various channels of communication, and facilitating the effective routing, prioritizing, and reviewing of projects to ensure successful completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The Production Coordinator role provides project management skills and the ability to maintain schedules and budgets.

Assist in monitoring the workflow and workload of the creative team, ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate interpretation of requests, and follow-through on projects.

Comfortable with figuring out specs, some estimating and/or competitively bidding projects, and maintaining budgets with help from other departments.

Communicating any obstacles that would require additional funding; conducting negotiations with suppliers as necessary.

Develop and maintain well-organized processes for managing workflow & communication.

Work with other departments and directly with customers to ensure the success of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite; Gmail, Calendar, Sheet, Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to implement highly complex initiatives and to recommend the best course of action on all project-related considerations.
  • Communicate fully, effectively and diplomatically
  • Exhibit proactive, critical thinking and execution
  • Works collaboratively in partnership with others, and maintains a calm demeanor under pressure and in situations of ambiguity.
  • Demonstrates the ability to positively and proactively partner with teams inside and outside of High Res, often with limited direction.
