The responsibilities of a Transaction coordinator include preparing real estate closing documents, ensuring documents are collected in a timely manner to meet each due diligence due date and maintaining files and records.
Position Objectives
- Work directly with buyer's agents
- Collect, analyze, and review supporting real estate documentation
- Provide support throughout the contract process
- Ability to build rapport with clients and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to Detail
- Data Entry
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in real estate
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a NV Real estate License
