As an Estimator at High Performance Restoration, you will play a crucial role in accurately estimating project costs and providing exceptional customer service. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess strong analytical and communication skills, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Review insurance claims and writing supplemental estimates for damages to roofs and other trades using updated estimating software.
  • Create and present prepared estimates by assembling and documenting costs and job scope information.
  • Assign tasks to department employees as needed to estimate, supplement, and manage the job workflow.
  • Multi-task and manage time effectively to meet the demands and status of each claim.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all trades and building code requirements for each city/state.
  • Manage active claims and coordinate with all departments to ensure all claims are being followed up on daily/weekly.
  • Mail and follow up on mortgage checks to ensure all are received and processed.
  • Create invoices for clients based on their contracts, any change orders, and if applicable, the insurance claim.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in reviewing insurance claims and writing supplemental estimates, preferably using Xactimate.
  • Commercial and/or government construction estimating experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the restoration industry and project estimation processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of building code requirements for various cities/states.
  • Knowledge of software such as Go High Level, and Acculynx is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Part-Time.
  • Remote/hybrid work availability. 
  • Hourly rate at $30.00 - $36.00, commensurate with experience.
