Pay starting at: $9.00 - $10.00 PLUS MONTHLY COMMISSIONS

Qualifications:

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Must be a team player

· Must have open availability and flexibility for scheduling.

· Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related positions

· Ability to thrive in an upbeat environment

· Proficient in verbal and written English language

· Communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to read, write and communicate with customers, peers and management

· Telephone etiquette

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Be on time for scheduled shifts

· Customer service focus

· Welcome and identify the guest’s needs to ensure good customer service

· Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

· Get familiar with the products that we offer for our guests as to stay up to date with product trends

· Operate POS system in order to process cash, credit and debit transactions, pull deposits

· Stay up to date on our current sales and promotions as to inform guests and meet sales goals

· Organize store displays to keep store looking appealing for guests

· Keep store displays, sales floor and back room areas clean and organized

· Complete daily & weekly assignments as given by management

· Ability to multi-task, while bring attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

· Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

· Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours, May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
