RESPONSIBLITIES

• Accounts payable including but not limited to daily mail distribution, email invoices, invoice coding and location review and correction, export store-approved invoices to Intacct
• Accounts receivable incuding but not limited to billing airline vouchers, collecting payments
• Daily bank reconcilliation for multiple locations
• Process bi-weekly, hourly and salary employee payroll
• Allocate benefit payments between vendors
• Communicate with store managers to resolve any accounting-related issues
• Generate system reports as needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
• Experience with Sage and Oracle or equivalent softward required
• Experience with Paycom, Intacct and Plate IQ preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate clearly and concicely, verablly and in writing
• Ability to exercise good judgment and display exceptional decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Able to prioritize and re-prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently
• Ability to work both as a team player and independently
• Ability to sit, move hands, arms and wrists repetetively throughout duration of the shift
