Great opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant.

Our thriving practice is expanding and looking to broaden our management team.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in dental to work with our staff to make them the best they can be.

We believe that a trained staff is a productive staff and we want a Dental Assistant who is ready to more over into an Administrator role who can write the job descriptions, expectancy etc. and then train our staff in them in what is expected so that we achieve the best patient care and production with the people we have.

Full Time: Mon - Friday, 8:30 - 5:30

2 weeks paid time off, 6 paid holidays

$200 monthly stipend toward health insurance

$2000 in office dental care for self or family

Paid Executive training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Previous experience in a managerial role within a dental office setting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $62,500.00 - $73,000.00 per year
