Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is used to develop data-based individualized programs to teach communication, social skills, self-regulation, coping skills and self-care.We believe that to provide high-quality services for children, it is important to attend to the specific needs of their families and their circumstances. In keeping with this philosophy, services are tailored to fit the unique profile of each individual and his/her family and may include home visits, community outings, and consultation with the family. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Scheduling Specialist position acts as the scheduling point person for clients and staff at Hidden Talents ABA. This includes but is not limited to the description below. If you are interested in starting a career in a growing field with plenty of advancement opportunities, apply now!
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Scheduling Specialist will:
- Manage day-to-day scheduling changes
- Perform regular scheduling audits for billing and payroll purposes
- Faciliate the creation of new schedules for clients and staff
- Work closely with the Operations Manager in starting new clients for services
- Serve as Point of Contact for scheduling related questions and concerns
- Participation in the creation of New Hire case assignments
- Successfully meet monthly and quarterly metrics
- Represent Hidden Talents ABA professionally in accordance withour standards and expectations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma (Associatespreferred)
- At least 1 year experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written) required
- Ability to task switch successfully under pressure
- Effectively prioritze
- Experience with Central Reach highly preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance required
- Have access to a working cell phone
- Clean background check required
POSITION INFORMATION
- Competitive salary: up to $40k/year DOE
- Paid training
- Eligible for full healthcare benefits after successful completion of probationary period
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Walking, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, kneeling, stooping, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
