Hidden Lake Care Center is Hiring an Infection Control RN Near Raytown, MO

Hidden Lake Care Center is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse with infection control experience who additionally may be responsible for the provision of integrated nursing/medical services in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment with general medical conditions within their scope of practice. The Clinic Registered Nurse coordinates integrated care with internal and external providers. The Clinic Registered Nurse monitors and manages general medical conditions focusing on the most common conditions including hypertension, diabetes, asthma/COPD, Covid-19,obesity and tobacco use.

Position Qualifications • Missouri RN License • Infection control/Infection Preventionist experience desired.
