Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Cleaner at Hicor Realty Group LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and notifying management of any shortages.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
