Pay: $20-35 per hour keep all of your tips

Description: Bright Nest Cleaners is growing our business and we're extremely excited recruit more professional house cleaners in Houston, TX!
We're seeking reliable and passionate professional house cleaners to join our team. Our cleaners enjoy flexible work schedules and competitive compensation including the opportunity to earn up to $1000 per week, plus keep all of your tips. Join our team and we'll show you why our cleaners love working with us!
Responsibilities:
- Clean residential houses, short-term rentals, and staged homes.
- Perform an assessment prior to cleaning to set the client's expectations.
- Work independently and efficiently.
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
- Use the right cleaning products and equipment to get the job done.
- Follow detailed cleaning instructions to meet the client's needs and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and Bright Nest Cleaners regarding scheduling, cleaning preferences, and any issues or concerns that arise.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of professional, paid cleaning experience.
- Reliable transportation
- Cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Be able to pass a background check.
Compensation:
- $20-$35 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
- Cleaners keep their tips.
We'll take care of the administrative tasks so that you can focus on making our clients' homes look their best!
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
