Role Description:
As a Junior Network Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the security and integrity of the organization s network infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on managing network security within an multi-tenanted enterprise environment. Additionally, you ll collaborate closely with various technical teams and report to a Senior Network Architect within the CISO department. Your work will span across multiple security technologies to include but not limited to: AWS, Akamai, Checkpoint, Google Cloud Platform, Palo Alto, and zScaler.
Responsibilities
Network Security Management: Implement and Manage Security Measures: Deploy and maintain security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and network access control (NAC) mechanisms.
Network Vulnerability Assessment: Regularly assess network vulnerabilities, identify security gaps, and recommend remediation strategies.
Incident Response: Respond to security incidents promptly, investigate.
Education Level: Bachelors Degree
