Hickory Recovery Network is Hiring a Clinical Director Near Grinnell, IA

Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to serve as the primary facilitator for all clients on the continuum between admission and discharge. The Clinical Director monitors the progress of the treatment plan and delegates the plan for clinical engagement by the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the Clinical Team consisting of Licensed and License Eligible Therapists, Case Managers, Substance Abuse Coaches, Client Coordinator with the assistance of the Clinical Manager
  • Conduct competency reviews and training, and routine performance improvement evaluations -including job specific training.
  • Auditing the EMR system for all clients to ensure prompt and accurate documentation is completed is required.
  • When needed, will provide initial screening for potential client admissions, and carry a case load of 5-8 clients.
  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance in all communication regarding clients.
  • Additional duties as directed.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a Behavioral Health discipline, with a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience.
  • An active, unrestricted, clinical license is required.
  • Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
  • Basic oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP)

Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE)

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000
