Hickory Recovery, a network of experts who specialize in providing the absolute best rehab treatment for alcohol and drug addiction, is seeking a Nurse (LPN/RN/QMA) that has a passion for providing the highest quality of service with compassion and integrity!
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Nurse will be responsible for the healthcare of both female and male clients suffering from addictions and behavioral health issues. The nurse must be able to perform comprehensive physical health assessments on all intakes and formulate a plan of care that includes physician orders, medications, education, and treatments.
SCOPE:
Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse will perform intake assessments on clients, and complete timely and accurate documentation.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Nurse will use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively. Must possess oral and written communication skills to convey patient progress and needs. Nurses will create and implement a nursing care plan. Must possess the ability to be on call for patients and staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· LPN or RN completed from and accredited school of Nursing
· At least 2 years prior experience as an LPN preferably with hospital and behavioral health experience
· At least 2 years prior experience as a Medication Aide preferably with hospital and behavioral health experience (QMA)
· Certified BLS provider obtained within 1 month prior to hire
· Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
· Ability to work as a member of a team
· Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
· Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills
· Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
· Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR
· Knowledge of “best practices” behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies
· Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
· Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele
COMPENSATION:
Salary Range:
LPN: $29-$33/hour
RN: $34-$40/hour
QMA: $19-$24/hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
