If you’re passionate about HR and want to work for a company that’s disrupting the HR tech industry, then this is a great opportunity for you.What You Will Do:Be the Sr. HR Business Partner/People & Culture Partner for our growing population of bobbers in the Americas Provide support and guidance to people leaders at all levels of the organization Partner with our Global People & Culture team to promote DEI&B in talent development and retention effortsLead Learning & Development initiatives, including content development and program facilitationBecome a Bob super-user, leveraging our HRIS platform internallyRepresent HiBob at customer-facing events from time to time**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office at least three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday).
