DESCRIPTION

We are a leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for the right individual! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing or similar construction trade, with demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of the commercial roofing service department, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

· Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion of service requests.

· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

· Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues promptly.

· Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service offerings.

· Continually grow and develop service department.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager within a construction trade, with a proven track record of success.

· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

· Extensive knowledge of running a successful service department. Experience with commercial roofing systems and materials preferred.

· Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Candidate should be able to work efficiently, independently and be a team player! Knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel, are required.

Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
