H I Management, a seasoned property management company, is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill a Maintenance Technician position for an apartment community in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This is a new property that will be undergoing a lease up. Everything is new!

This is a full-time position. The compensation package includes paid vacation, personal, and sick days. A company-sponsored 401k-retirement plan with mandatory employer contributions. *Qualifications

The position requires at least 3 year of experience in on-site property maintenance and EPA. Must be able to work at least a 40-hour work week and be available for emergency needs on weekends. Must be knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance.
