Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:

  • Answer phones and respond to email leads in a professional and timely manner.
  • Showings
  • Collect and process monthly rent payments, post 3-day notices, and actively involved in tenants’ rental cycle.
  • Provide customers' needs with positive attitude.

Maintenance:

  • Coordinate tenant service requests for maintenance.
  • Regularly required to physically be able to walk and inspect properties appearance on a routine and arrange for maintenance according to company standards.
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, or move up to 20 pounds to assist maintenance personnel.
  • Kneeling, climbing, twisting, and bending
