The EMS educator understands the central concepts, tools of inquiry, and structures of the EMS discipline(s) they teach. They can create learning experiences that make these aspects of subject matter meaningful for all learners. The EMS Educator has a working knowledge of the educational process to develop and graduate paramedic students.
