**The Role:**

The Assistant Parts Manager is responsible for assisting and maintaining a well-trained, highly efficient, and profitable Parts Department.

* Assist Parts Manager in ensuring the accuracy of the parts inventory.

* Investigate any parts count (on-hand) differences that may come up during the day.

* Manage all Warehouse Associates making process changes where necessary to maximize production and ensure internal customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.

* Assist the Parts Manager in submitting monthly obsolescence returns to ensure that the parts inventory has less than 5% "12 months no sale" parts.

* Previous experience in Parts Counter Sales and Inventory Control.
