Basic Function

HF Sinclair in Salt Lake City is seeking a Contracts Associate to create, capture and maintain branded contracts, unbranded deals, station contracts and other legal documents pertaining to customers. Keep executed contracts in Salesforce with an electronic back up. Confirm SAP deals match signed documents between distributor and HF Sinclair. Quarterly audit location’s and customer’s performance in relation the contractual agreed performance. Provide additional marketing support including analyzing customer performance, pricing accuracy, vendor set-up and SAP customer set up. Job requires minimal supervision.

Job Duties

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures all marketing contracts are current and pricing and terms are accurate, complete and delivered in a timely manner
• Acts as liaison with marketing personnel, customers and other departments regarding contracts and pricing
• Quarterly confirm accuracy of contractual data in Salesforce.
• Creates and maintains agreements and master data customer, vendor and contract forms (deal sheets)

• Prepares pricing and other marketing reports
• Maintains terminal access agreements
• Processes Yearly M.S.D.S. notification and distribution to new customers
• Maintains all customer files, electronic and hard copy

• Works as needed with the legal team regarding contractual changes, questions on terms and executing agreements
• Maintains and runs ad hoc reporting in Power BI, Salesforce and DocuSign

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

Experience

A minimum of three years related work experience is required.

Preferred Experience:

In the petroleum industry.

Education Level

A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Required Skills

Ability to apply advanced clerical and data entry assignments based on broadly outlined guidelines. Proficient with Microsoft products including but not limited to MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel. Comprehension of legal terms and jargon helpful. Familiar with the mechanics of both contracts and pricing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others, both written & verbal communication, as well as basic understanding of computer use. Intermediate level reading and writing skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
