Job Requirements;
We are a small business that depends on seasonal employees, especially over the summer and fall.
We are open Tuesday thru Saturday, all employees are expected to be available to work those days. We are closed Sundays and Mondays, so all employees have those two days off, with the exception of special holiday hours.

We sell alcohol in the market, all staff must be 18 years or older.
One year retail experience is preferred.
Be willing to learn about the basic operations of a farm and educate customers.
Arrive on time when scheduled, ready to work.
You must like changes in the weather. On a farm it is hot in the summer, cool in the spring and fall, and chilly in the winter.
This is a part to full-time retail position in a farm market located on a small family farm. An outgoing, friendly personality is required and one must be able to easily lift and carry 50 lbs. Excellent command of English is necessary. The applicant must have their own reliable transportation, as we are not served by busses. Working Saturdays is a must, hours on weekdays are necessary also. We will train employees in their duties. Additional opportunities will be made to those that make a good effort and take a strong interest in our business.

And that is, we strive to provide wholesome, high quality, good tasting, reasonably priced items that are either produced on our farm, a co-operating farm, other local or IPM farms, and ag-related businesses. Our customers must have a reason to return. At all times our products are displayed in a clean, neat and organized manner.
