Duties:
- Prepare and make mini donuts according to an established recipe and procedures.

- Mix dough using commercial equipment.

- Fry donuts in hot oil.

- Drain and coat donuts with cinnamon sugar.

- Package donuts for sale and restock the retail display.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing equipment and surfaces.

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- You must be willing to work with our head baker and bakery manager as the bakery space is shared. The donut station may be used by other employees, so it's very important that it's kept clean and any issues are immediately brought to the attention of a supervisor.

Requirements:
- Strong math skills, including the ability to accurately measure ingredients and calculate recipe proportions.
- Experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of donuts.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
