Position Summary

SHEIN is looking for a creative and well-rounded Senior Graphic Designer with strong digital design skills to join our design team. An ideal candidate will be highly motivated and a self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction. You’ll be responsible for creating beautiful digital experiences from concept to final execution. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires quick turnaround, whip thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Design Manager to develop and maintain our brand guidelines, visual style, design direction, and marketing collateral materials.
• Design fresh, innovative, on-trend and execute cohesive digital/e-commerce campaigns across desktop and mobile, including site banners, landing pages, emails and social assets.
• Provide design support on print projects such PR box, invitation card, and packaging design as needed.
• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams: creative leads, other designers, copywriters, PR, and project managers to ensure that all design solutions meet deadlines and objectives.
• Assist the Creative Team with presentations (building as well as presenting).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in visual communication or any other design related field.
• 7 years of experience with branding, layout, packaging, digital design, with an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in digital and print design.
• 4 years of related experience in the Fashion, Beauty, lifestyle e-commerce web design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) After Effect is a plus.
• Experience in Keynote, MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, composition, typography and seasonal design trends
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Highly collaborative with excellent work ethic to produce deliverables with speed in a fast-paced environment.
• Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with EXTREME attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, top-notch organizing, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Must be flexible and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed or during crunch times.

Pay: $81,000.00 - $104,400.00, Plus bonus
