Your role:
WMG’s User Experience Team is looking for a Senior Product Designer who will contribute to the strategic overhaul of our internal facing digital product experiences to help artists, songwriters, producers, A&R, marketing and finance users build long lasting music careers for Artists and Songwriters, push boundaries and find new innovative ways to improve our business. Senior Product Designers at WMG thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of simplifying the complex. In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally with writers, researchers, product managers and engineers to create intuitive, user-centered and innovative digital products. Your primary focus will be on transforming these business to business tools to elevate them to have consumer-grade interfaces and ensuring that our products are not only functional but also delightful to use. You will be responsible for contributing to crafting experiences that guide users, establish consistent and repeatable patterns for our design system, and drive engagement.
